With small group sizes, beginners and those with fitness experience alike will find a supportive, guided environment. Newcomers are encouraged to start at the front for 6-8 weeks, ensuring personalised attention and a strong foundation in Pilates concepts.

Mat Pilates Group Class Details
A Pilates mat class usually last 50 minutes and contain, on average, 15 students per session.
