Shahana's journey from overcoming a back injury to mastering Pilates and beyond is a testament to her dedication. With a Level 3 Classical Pilates Diploma, Spinal Alignment Level 4 qualification and now with Mindfulness Coaching to support clients to adopt a new mindset, she’s more than an instructor – she's a wellness architect, crafting personalised paths to health and wellbeing.
